Catalogue note
The fall enclosing a stepped interior of pigeonholes and small drawers about a central cupboard, with a well beneath. Of honest colour. The description "with later elements" covers a replaced fall support and a re-veneered lower drawer front, both listed in the report.

One fall support replaced. The lower long drawer front re-veneered, the replacement veneer a different figure and visibly younger. Old shrinkage cracks to the sides. Feet replaced, probably in the nineteenth century. Locks present; one key. Sold as found.
